I went with dbjourney.com mostly because the price was better than the other options I looked at. I kind of trusted my gut on it, and it worked out fine. There weren’t any surprise fees at checkout, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and I’d use them again if the prices stay this reasonable.

I had a frustrating time trying to get a refund from dbjourney.com. I expected it to be a simple request, but it ended up taking way more effort than I thought it would.

From my experience, the replies were slow and the responses didn’t really answer my questions. It felt like I kept getting passed around or given vague answers instead of someone actually helping me sort it out.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience with them, but mine was just stressful and annoying. After dealing with that, I personally wouldn’t use them again.

The return process was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I had to email multiple times just to get things moving, and the updates were super slow. I kept thinking, how is this okay for a simple return? It did get sorted eventually, but it took way too long and was frustrating...

The support person was polite and did get everything sorted in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up twice. So yeah, not a bad experience exactly, just slower than it needed to be

I’ve been using dbjourney.com for a little while now, and to be fair, it does what it’s supposed to do. Nothing has totally fallen apart, so that’s nice. The storage capacity, though, is definitely not as generous as I expected. I ended up having to clean out files way sooner than I thought I would, which was a lovely little surprise. It’s not awful or anything, but it would be nice if there were a bit more space included before they start nudging you toward an upgrade.

I’ve used this on a few trips now and it’s mostly okay, but I can’t say I’m super impressed. Some of the stitching started looking loose earlier than I expected, which is annoying because the last thing I want is extra work checking it and worrying about whether it’s going to hold up. It’s not awful, but for the price I really expected it to feel more durable.

It does the basic stuff well enough, but I found some parts a little confusing to get through. Compared to other similar products I’ve used, this one feels a bit more clunky and takes some getting used to

The material feels really solid to me, like not thin or cheap feeling. I’ve been using it pretty much every day and it still looks good, so that’s nice

I got caught in the rain twice with this bag, and inside stayed totally dry both times. I was impressed. For a such simple bag, it handled the weather really well. Really happy with it.

I picked up a DB Journey backpack mainly for travel, and weirdly enough, the zippers are the thing I keep noticing. They feel sturdy, don’t catch, and don’t act personally offended when the bag is stuffed a little too full, which is apparently not a given with backpacks these days.

I’ve taken it on a few flights and weekend trips, and so far it still opens smoothly without any weird tugging or teeth separating. it’s nice not having to fight my bag in public like it’s some kind of airport performance art.

There’s not a ton more to say. It does what it’s supposed to do, which feels oddly impressive now. Good bag overall, and the zippers seem like they’ll actually last.

I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t feel like great quality to me. The product felt kind of cheap right away, and it didn’t work as smoothly as I expected. What annoyed me most was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving — I thought it would do one thing well, then I had to adjust my expectations just to make it seem okay. It’s not completely useless, but overall it was disappointing

I ordered from DB Journey kind of assuming it would take a week or maybe longer, just based on my gut. But it shipped out faster than I expected, and the updates came through without me needing to check in or chase anything.
The package actually showed up earlier than I had planned for, which was a really nice surprise. Delivery was smooth, nothing felt off, and overall I’d say my instinct after this order is that they’re reliable with shipping.

It fits both my skis and snowboard without any trouble. I was not sure everything would fit at first, but it handled both boards just fine...

The seats were kinda comfy, and the trip felt easy overall.

I got a DB bag from dbjourney.com, my laptop fits in there really snug. I’m usually skeptical of all the slick product wording brands use, but so far this one’s been fine. I’ve tossed the bag around a bit during commutes, and my laptop hasn’t picked up any scratches yet.

I’m kind of torn on this one. The item itself seems okay, but the box showed up crushed, which was frustrating. I was relieved nothing looked seriously damaged, but at the same time, it didn’t exactly feel great getting it in that condition.

The wheels are okay overall. They roll well on smooth surfaces, but once I took them over rougher paths... yeah, they felt a little shaky. Not terrible or anything — I just thought they’d be a bit sturdier.

It showed up later than expected, that wasn’t great. Just not the kind of delivery experience I was hoping for.

I’ve been using dbjourney.com to keep up with my weight checks, and overall it’s been simple. The pages load fine and I don’t have to dig through a bunch of confusing stuff, which I appreciate. I can log in, update my info, and get on with my day. I’m still not totally sure how reliable or polished it is long term, but for basic tracking so far, it’s been doing the job.
